The center of my practice is surgical facial rejuvenation. Alongside this, in appropriate patients, selected supportive, regenerative, and minimally invasive procedures may also be planned in order to improve skin quality, support surgical results, or address more limited needs.

Botox

For Botox treatments, I generally prefer the Dysport brand. I use Botox primarily for dynamic wrinkles, meaning wrinkles caused by facial expression and movement. It may be effective in selected areas such as the forehead, around the eyes, and in cases where a slight brow lift is desired.

It can also be used for balancing purposes in certain asymmetries related to facial paralysis. In addition, it is a frequently used and effective method for reducing underarm sweating.

Filler

In filler treatments, I use hyaluronic acid fillers and, in selected cases, certain biostimulatory filler groups. My filler practice is generally limited to lip filler and selected areas that require more limited contour support.

My main approach is centered more on surgical and structural facial rejuvenation. For this reason, fillers are present in my practice, but they are not the central treatment group.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is an injection-based treatment used to support skin brightness, radiance, and overall skin quality, and it contains vitamins and various supportive ingredients.

I do not prepare custom mixtures here; I use ready-made, reliable mesotherapy products from established brands.

Mesotherapy may be used especially to:

  • increase skin radiance
  • provide a brighter and more vibrant appearance
  • help support delayed skin aging
  • support a fuller and higher-quality skin appearance

This treatment may be considered on its own in younger patients, or it may also be planned after surgery in order to help maintain the result obtained and support skin quality.

That said, mesotherapy is not one of the central treatment groups in my practice. Surgery remains the main focus of my work; mesotherapy is a supportive option in selected patients.

Exosome Therapy

Exosome therapy is one of the regenerative supportive treatments that may be used in selected patients for the face, skin, and scalp. The goal here is not to create volume, but to support tissue repair, skin quality, and regenerative activity in the treated area.

In my practice, I use officially certified human allogeneic cord-derived exosomes produced by a major authorized laboratory in Turkey. These are different from plant-derived products. In clinical practice, I prefer this human allogeneic source because it is generally considered more biologically active, although the current medical literature in this field is still limited.

Exosome treatment may be considered especially for:

  • skin quality support
  • regenerative support for the face
  • selected scalp applications
  • improving tissue quality in areas affected by damage or aging

In some patients, the effect may be quite noticeable, while in others it may be more limited. For this reason, exosome treatment should not be presented as a guaranteed or standard solution for every patient.

Another important point is that the available scientific literature is still evolving. Patients should be aware that the evidence base in this field remains limited, and informed consent is required before treatment.

This treatment can be performed in the office setting by injection, and in some cases it may also be used as part of a surgical treatment plan. Because these products are delivered under cold-chain conditions and are not kept as routine shelf stock, patients are generally advised to inform us 1–2 days in advance if they are considering treatment.

CO₂ Laser

CO₂ laser is an effective method for skin quality, fine wrinkles, pigmentation, and selected scar areas.

Nanofat

Nanofat may be used with principles similar to fat grafting in order to support skin quality and provide a regenerative contribution. Here, the goal is not volume, but improvement of tissue quality and a more vibrant appearance.

Fibroblast and Regenerative Cellular Support

Although fibroblast treatments are sometimes referred to by the public as “stem cell” treatments, technically they are not classic stem cell applications. This method is based on expanding fibroblast cells in a laboratory setting and then reintroducing them into the tissue.

For the procedure, a small skin sample is taken from behind the ear. Because this area lies within the natural crease behind the ear, the scar is usually very well hidden. After the cells obtained are expanded in an authorized and certified laboratory environment, they are most often applied to the face.

The goal of this treatment is to:

  • improve skin quality
  • provide a more vibrant and renewed appearance
  • support tissue quality in selected scar areas
  • help slow the aging process

The aim here is not dramatic rejuvenation, but a supportive effect that contributes to renewal. The procedure can be planned simply and quickly under local anesthesia.

Fat-Derived Cellular Regenerative Support

Similarly, cell-based supportive treatments derived from fat tissue may also be used in selected patients in order to improve tissue quality. Here, the goal is not to add volume, but to support the regenerative capacity of the tissue and achieve better tissue quality.

These treatments may be considered especially to:

contribute to improvement in selected scar or tissue-quality problem areas

support skin quality

soften visible signs of aging
